Ingredients:

Spinach (chopped) |

Thur Dhal |
-1/2 cup |

Tomato (diced) |

Green and red chili each |

Garlic |
-4 to 6 pods |

Tamarind |
-Small lemon size |

Turmeric |
-1/4 tsp |
|
Salt |
-to taste |
Seasoning:
|
Oil |
– 2tbsp |
|
Thalikkira Vadaham |
-1tbsp |
Method:

Take a pressure cooker add everything above ingredients except salt.

Add 2 cups of water and cover with lid. Let it 3 whistle comes then let it simmer for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.

Let it cool down and open the cooker add salt mash well.

Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning. Then mix it into the cooked Keerai.
- Serve with white rice.

Note:
1. If you don’t have Thalikkira vadaham you can season with mustard seeds, Urad dhal, cumin,and asofedida.
2. You can use any keerai.
