Ingredients:
| Ragi Flour | -1 cup |
| Rice Flour | -½ cup |
| Drumstick Leaves | -¼ cup |
| Grated Carrot | -1 |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Green chili(chopped) | -2 |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Curry leaves(chopped) | -few |
| Coriander Leaves(chopped) | -few |
Method:
- Mix ragi, and rice flour with water, cumin and salt.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves sauté for a minute and mix it with a batter.
- Add vegetables and mix it well.
- Batter should be very thin.
- Heat tawa take a big spoon of batter and spread it on the hot tawa and cook it for 30 seconds.
- Turn it on the other side and cook it for another 30 second.
- Serve with any chutney.
