Serving: 3 |Type: Rice Verities
Ingredients:
| Raw Rice | -1 ½ cup |
| Coriander Leaves | -1cup |
| Mint Leaves | -20 |
| Green chili | -4 to 6 |
| Ginger(chopped) | -1tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | -2tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Cashew nuts | -15 |
| Red Chili | -2 |
Method:
- Cook the rice with little salt and 1tsp oil.
- Spread the rice in a big bowl and let it cool.
- Take a pan heat with 1tsp of oil sauté coriander, mint, green chili and ginger for 1 to 2 minute.
- Then grind and keep it aside.
- Again take a pan heat with 3tbsp of oil then add ground paste and salt, sauté until it gets thicken like chutney, then turn off the stove.
- Then mix it with rice.
- Take a pan heat with 1tbsp of oil add seasonings, fry without burning, add it into the mixed rice.
- Add 2tbsp of lemon juice.
- Now ready to serve.
