Ingredients:
| Porotta(readymade) | -6 or 8 |
| Onion (chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -¼ cup |
| Green chili(chopped) | -3 |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -3tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -½tsp |
| Chalna Gravy | -¾ cup |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
Method:

- Take the porotta make it like small pieces and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion and green chili sauté with 2 minutes then add tomato, turmeric and salt sauté until tomato get mash.
- Then add chili powder mix well now add porotta pieces cook well .
- Now add chalna cook well for 3 to 5 minutes .
- Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
- Serve with chalna.
Note:
- You can add 3 eggs while cook the porotta. This dish called egg kothu porotta.
- Porotta is store bought. You can get it any Indian stores.
