Ingredients:
| Soorakkai (Diced) | -3cups |
| Cooked channa Dhal | -½ cup |
| Onion(Diced) | -1cup |
| Tomato(Diced) | -1cup |
| Garam Masala | -1tsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
| Kasoori methi(Dried Methi) | -2tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | -2tsp |
Seasoning:
| Ghee | -2tbsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Clove | -2 |
| Cinnamon | -1stick |
| Bay Leaves | -2 |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with ghee add seasoning fry without burning.
- Add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minute, then add tomato and salt sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add soorakkai sauté for 3 minutes , then add chili powder, turmeric , cooked channa dhal and 2 cups of water.
- Cook until vegetable get soft, then add garam masala, coriander leaves cook for 1 minute.
- Now add kasoori methi and lemon juice mix it and cook for a minute.
- Add 1/2 cup milk and mix it well.Then turn off the stove.
- Serve with Roti.
