Ingredients:
| Macaroni | -1 cup |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Green Chili | -2 |
| Chili Powder | -½tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Water | -3 cups |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
| Tofu cubes | -10 to 15 |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Sombu | -½tsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a deep dish pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Now add onion and green chili sauté for 1 minute then add tomato and salt sauté until tomato get mash add chili powder and water.
- Boil it now add macaroni cover with lid cook it for until macaroni get soft, then add tofu, cook it for 3 minutes and turn off the stove.
- If it is too thick, add some more water while boiling.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it like a soup.
Note:
- If you want you can add mixed vegetable.
- If you don’t want tofu you can avoid it or you can replace it with paneer.
