Ingredients:
| Green Eggplant | -10pieces |
| Chili Powder | -2tbsp |
| Corn Flour | -2tbsp |
| Turmeric | -pinch |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -3 to 4tbsp |
Method:
- Slit the eggplant all the way up to top.
- Mix all the ingredients except oil .
- Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Take a pan heat with oil add marinated eggplant saute until eggplant get soft.
- Serve with rice.
