Ingredients:
| Raw Banana | -2 |
| Turmeric | -pinch |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -4 tbsp |
Grind Masala:
| Onion | -¼ cup |
| Tomato | -1 small |
| Red chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Garlic | -2 |
| Tamarind Paste | -½tsp |
Method:
- Cut the banana like round shape and put it in the water.
- Take pan heat with oil add all the ingredients with ground masala sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- On medium flame then cover with lid.
- After 2 to 3 minutes stir well until banana get soft.
- Turn of the heat serve with white rice.
