Ingredients:
| Gray Squash | -2cup(diced) |
| Onion | -¼ cup(diced) |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -½tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Asafotida | -pinch |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion sauté for 1 or 2 minute then add salt and squash.
- Sauté for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with white rice.
