Serving: 6 to 8 pieces |Type: Deepavali Sweets
Ingredients:
| Corn Flour | -¼ cup |
| Sugar | -¾ cup |
| Water | -1cup |
| Orange red color | -2 to 3 pinches |
| Cardamom Powder | -2 pinches |
| Ghee | -2 to 3tbsp |
| Cashew nut | -10 to 15 broken |
Method:
- Mix corn flour, sugar, water and color in the microwave safe bowl.
- Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes, then take it from the microwave and stir it.
- Again cook it for 3 minutes and stir it.
- Then add ghee, cashewnut and cardamom powder again cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir it well again cook it 1 minute and take out from the microwave.
- Then spread it in the small plate and let it cool it and cut it like small pieces.
- Serve and enjoy.
Note:
- If you make ¼ cup of corn flour approximately it should take 10 minutes.
