Ingredients:
| Mixed Bell Pepper | -3cups(Diced) |
| Basmati Rice | -1 ½ cup |
| Onion | -1cup(chopped) |
| Green Chili | -3(slit) |
| Crushed Garlic | -1 |
| Ginger garlic Paste | -1tbsp |
| Pav Baji Masala | -1tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil and Ghee | -3tbsp |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Cook the rice with 3 to 3 ¼ cups of water and ½tsp salt and 1tsp oil.
- Let it cool the rice and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with ghee and oil add crushed garlic sauté for a second, then add onion, green chili sauté for a minute.
- Now add ginger garlic paste sauté until raw smell goes.
- Then add bell peppers sauté for 3 to 5 minutes with salt.
- Now add chili powder and pav baji masala mix well, then add cooked rice.
- Sauté well until everything mixed well.
- Check the salt and spiciness of the rice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with any gravy.
