Ingredients:
| Mullangai Keerai(chopped) | -3cups |
| Onion(chopped) | -¼ cup |
| Thur Dhal( ¾ cooked) | -½ cup |
| Grated Coconut | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -½tsp |
| Urad dhal | -1tsp |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion sauté for 30 seconds then add keerai sauté until it get soft.
- Then add coconut, salt and cooked dhal mix well and cook for 1 or 2 minute.
- Turn off the stove.
- Now ready to serve with rice.
