Ingredients:
| Mullangi(diced) | -2cups |
| Onion(cut) | -½ cup |
| Green chili(slit) | -4 to 6 |
| Pasi Paruppu | -½ cup |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Soak the pasi paruppu for 3 hours and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Now add onion, green chili sauté for 1 minute then add turmeric and salt.
- Then add mullangi mix well cook it for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Then add soaked pasi paruppu sauté for a minute then cover with lid let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes with ¼ cup of water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice.
