Ingredients:
| Podalangai (cut) | -2cups |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -1small |
| Tamarind | -small marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Chana dhal | -1tbsp |
| Green and red chili each | -2 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add chili, onion, podalangai sauté for 2 to 3 minutes then add tomato sauté until tomato get mash.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Now add tamarind and salt.
- Grind coarsely in the blender with little water.
- If you want you can season with mustard, uard dhal.
- Serve with any tiffin verity.
