Ingredients:
| Rice Flour | -3 cups |
| Pottukadalai Powder | -1cup |
| Sesame Seeds | -2tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tbsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -for frying |
Method:
- Grind the pottukadalai in the mixer like fine powder and keep it aside.
- Mix everything with little water and 2tbsp hot oil like chappati dough.
- Take a pan heat with oil make like murukku deep fry it in the oil.
- Fry like golden brown and take it out.
- Keep it in the air tight container.
- Serve it like snack.
