Type: Masala Powder
Ingredients:
| Red Chili | -1 ½ cup |
| Coriander Seeds | -1 cup |
| Thoor Dhal | -¼ cup |
| Channa Dhal | -¼ cup |
| Black Pepper | -1 ½tbsp |
| Fenugreek Seeds | -2tsp |
| Dry Coconut Powder | -3tbsp(optional) |
| Curry Leaves | -2tbsp(dry) |
| Turmeric Powder | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Fry all the ingredients separately without oil like light brownish.
- Fry red chili with oil.
- All together put in the mixe grind with turmeric powder.
- It should be fine powder.
- Keep it in the air tight container.
- Use it for sambars.
