Ingredients:
| Sweet Potato | -1 |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -1tsp |
| Mustard | -1/2tsp |
| Black Gram Dhal | -1/2tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:

- Cut the sweet potato into round thin slices. If it is very big cut them into halves.
- Wash it, salt it and add ΒΌ cup of water, boil it in the microwave about 5 minutes.
- Cover with a lid when boiling in a microwave. Then remove from the microwave.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings, then boiled vegetables cook it 2 minutes.
- Turn off the stove.
- Serve it hot with rice.
Note:
- You can steam the sweet potatoes as whole and then cut it into round shape.
- Along with the seasonings you can also add a pinch of asofoetida (perungayam) if you like the flavor.
