Ingridents:
| Chicken cut | -400 grms |
| Onion Diced | -1 cup |
| Tomato Diced | -1cup |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Oil | – 3tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
For Grind:
| Smoked Onion | -1 |
| Red chili | -4 to 8 |
| Ginger | -1 inch |
| Garlic | -6 |
Method:
- Take a chicken marinate with half of the ground masala with little salt and keep it aside.
- Take a tomato grind it and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion and curry leaves sauté it for one minute.
- Now add rest of the masala sauté it for 30 seconds , then add ground tomato.
- Mix it well and sauté it for a minute.
- Then add chicken and rest of the salt.
- Sauté well until chicken get soft cover with lid.
- Occasionally mix it well until chicken get soft and all water will dry up.
- Then turn of the stove.
- Serve with rice, roti and paratha.
