Ingredients:
| Sorakkai(Diced) | -2 to 3cups |
| Onion(Diced) | -1cup |
| Tomato(Diced) | -1cup |
| Green Chili(slit) | -2 |
| Chili Powder | -1 to 2tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Milk | -¼ cup |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Red chili | -2 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, add onion, green chili sauté for minute or 2 then add tomato, salt and turmeric sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add soraikkai sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame, then add chili powder mix well.
- Then cover with lid until veg table get soft, then add milk and coriander leaves cook it for 1 or 2 minutes, then turn off the stove.
- Serve with chappati or rice.
