Ingredients:
| Rice Flour | -1cup |
| Fried Gram Dhal Powder | -2/3 cup |
| Chili Powder | -1tbsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Sesame seeds | -2tbsp |
| Channa Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil or Butter | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -for frying |
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with water and make like chappati dough and keep it aside for 5 to 1 minutes.
- Make small balls and flatten it round using little oil.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Fry it like crisp on both sides and take out from oil.
- Store it like air tight container.
- Now ready to serve.
