Ingredients:
| Oats(toasted) | ½ cup |
| Pottu Kadalai | ½ cup |
| Green Chili | -2 |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Garlic | -1 pod |
| Ginger | -little |
| Tamarind | -little |
| Coriander leaves | -one hand full |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Sugar | -1tsp |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Uard Dhal | -1tbsp |
| Red chili, curry leaves | -1, few |
| Asafotida | -pinch |
Method:
- Toast the oats for 1 or 2 minutes until aroma comes.
- Grind all other ingredients with oats and little water.
- Grind coarsely.
- Now season it and serve with any tiffin.
