Ingredients:
| Puff Pastry Sheet | -1 |
| Carrot, peas, potato, cauliflower | -2cups |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato paste | -2tsp |
| Chili Powder | -1 to 2tsp |
| Garam masala | -1tsp |
| Ginger garlic Paste | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander leaves | -few |
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into cubes keep it aside.
- Thaw the puff pastry for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pre heat the oven for 350.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion sauté for a minute with ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomato paste, salt and chili powder.
- Sauté for a minute now add vegetables sauté for few minutes until vegetables get soft.
- Now add garam masala and coriander leaves mix well then turn off the stove.
- Now cut the pastry place the vegetable mixture into the center and close pastry.
- Take a pan spray the oil and arrange the pastry and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Until it turns brown.
- Serve with ketchup.
