Ingredients:
| Basmathi Rice | -1 cup |
| Chicken Link | -3(cut) |
| Onion Diced | -1 |
| Green chili | -5 or 6 |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tbsp |
| Garam Masala | -1tsp |
| Coriander Leaves | -3tbsp |
| Curd | -½ cup |
| Water | -2 cups |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasonings:
| Oil and Ghee | -3tbsp |
| Cloves | -2 |
| Bay Leaves | -1 |
| Cinnamon | -1 inch |
Method:
- Soak the rice for 10 to 15 minutes and drain the water keep it aside.
- Take the heavy bottom deep dish heat with oil and ghee add seasonings fry without burning.
- Now add onion, green chili and salt sauté for 1 minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute then add rice and chicken links sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add curd, garam masala, coriander leaves and water mix it well boil for 5 minutes then stir it and cover with lid on medium flame.
- Now keep it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Do not stir the rice let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then open the lid and mix it.
- Serve hot with raitha or kurma.
Note:
- Kids love this rice.
- You can boil the chicken links separate and add it top of the rice.
