Ingredients:
| Corn Flour | -2tbsp |
| Maida | -1cup |
| Rice Flour | -2tbsp |
| Green Chili | -2(chopped) |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp(chopped) |
| Curry Leaves | -few(chopped) |
| Baking Soda | -¼tsp |
| Cashew nuts | -15 (chopped) |
| Curd | -¼ to ½ cup |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Chili Powder | -½tsp(optional) |
| Oil | -For Frying |
Method:
- Mix everything (except oil ) like thick batter.
- If the curd is not enough you can add water for mixing.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- With spoon take the batter and drop the batter in to oil.
- Fry until it gets golden then take out from the oil.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Note:
- Instead of spoon you can use your hand.
- Add cashewnuts for extra taste.
