Ingredients:
| Aval | -1 ½ cup |
| Pepper | -1tbsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Ghee | -2tbsp |
| Cashew nuts | -10(optional) |
Method:

- Wash the aval and keep it aside.
- Grind the pepper and cumin together into coarse powder and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with ghee add pepper cumin powder, salt and curry leaves sauté for few seconds then add washed aval .
- Cook it for 2 or 3 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Now ready to serve.
