Ingredients:

| Zucchini(Diced) | -2 |
| Onion(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
| Tomato(Diced) | -1 |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Grinding:
| Grated Coconut | -3tbsp |
| Khus khus | -1tsp |
| Cashew nuts | -15 |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Sombu | -½tsp |
| Fenugreek | -¼tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Grind the ingredients given above with water and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Now add onion sauté for 1 minute then add tomato and pinch of salt sauté until tomato get mashed.
- Then add chili powder and zucchini sauté for 5 minutes then add remaining salt and ground paste.
- Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes (zucchini should be crunchy not mushy) then turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
