Ingredients:
| Steel cut Oats | -1cup |
| Bread | -2slices |
| Rice Flour | -5tbsp |
| Green chili | -3 to5 |
| Ginger | -1inch |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Onion(Minced) | -½ cup |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Curd(optional) | -½ cup |
Method:
- Soak the oats for 4 to5 hours with water.
- Grind soaked oats, bread, salt, green chili and ginger like fine paste with water.
- Then add onion, cumin, curry leaves, curd and rice flour.
- Mix well, this batter should not be very thick like idly batter.
- Heat the tawa spread the spoon full of batter into hot tawa and sprinkle 1tsp of oil and let it cook for both sides and Take it out from tawa.
- Serve with any chutney.
Note:
- You can use any kind or bread.
- Instead of steel cut oats you can use any kind of oats , but soaking time should be lesser than steel cut oats.
