Serving:8 to 10 pieces | Type: Roti
Ingredients:
| Whole Wheat Flour | -1 ½ cup |
| Spinach(minced) | -1cup |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Garam masala | -½tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Water | ¾ to 1¼ cup |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Mix everything except oil make like dough then apply oil and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.
- Make lemon size balls roll it like round thin roti’s.
- Heat the tawa cook both sides apply with little oil and take it from the tawa.
- Serve with any side dish or raitha.
Note:
- You can use frozen chopped spinach.
