Ingredients:
| Chicken | -400grams |
| Onion(chopped) | -1cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Pudina(chopped) | -¼ cup |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
| Green Chili | -2 |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Chicken Masala Powder | -2tbsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Curd(beaten) | -2 to 3tbsp |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -3tbsp |
| Sombu | -½tsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Garlic | -2 |
| Cloves, cinnamon | -1 |
Method:
- Cut and wash the chicken and keep it aside.
- Take a heavy bottom pan heat oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion and green chili sauté for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste ,salt and turmeric sauté for 1 minute .
- Now add tomato sauté until tomato get mash then add chicken pieces sauté for 5 minutes then add all masala powders mix it well .
- Then add chopped mint leaves sauté for minute now add 2 cups water and cover with lid and cook it until chicken get soft.
- Now add beaten curd and coriander leaves cook it for 3 to 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice, pulav, chappati or idly,dosa.
Note:
- This gravy should be thick not very thin .
