Ingredients for Dosai:
| Ragi Flour | -2cups |
| Urad Dhal Batter | -1 cup |
| Shredded carrot | -1/2 cup |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1 tbsp |
| Mustard | -1 tsp |
| Asofotida | -pinch |
| Onion (Chopped) | -1/2 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Coriander leaves | -few |
| Green chilli (chopped) | -1 |
| Drumstick leaves | -1 cup |
Method:
- Mix the ragi flour with the urad dhal batter and add salt.
- Heat a pan with oil and add all the seasoning.
- Then pour the seasoning over the just ground batter.
- Next add the shredded carrot and mix well.
- Next heat a dosai pan and then ladle out a big spoon of batter in a circle shape.
- After it has cooked half way through, flip the dosai to the other side
- Let it cook for 30 seconds.
- Then remove from heat.
- Serve it with chutney.
