Ingredients:
| Vendakkai(cut) | -500 grams |
| Onion(diced) | -½cup |
| Green or Red Chili | -4 to 6(slit) |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad dhal | -1tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Take wide pan heat with oil add mustard let it crackle then add urad dhal, curry leaves.
- Fry without burning then add onion and chili Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Now add vendakkai and salt sauté for 5 minute on medium flame.
- Cook until vendakkai get soft.
- Serve with white rice.
