Serving: 10 to 12 pieces |Type: Roti
Ingredients:
| Wheat Flour | -1 ½ cups |
| Methi Leaves | -¾ cup(chopped) |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric powder | -½tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -2tsp |
| Water | -1 or 1 ¼ cup |

Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and add all the dry ingridents together and mix it with hand.
- Then add water and knead it into a ball.
- Cover it with lid and rest it for 2 to 3 hours.
- Now make a lemon size balls and roll it into a round shape.
- Heat the tawa place the rolled chappati on it and cook both sides with ghee or oil.
- Serve it hot with raitha or any gravy.
Note:
- Before adding the cumin, place the cumin in your palm and rub with your another palm and add it into the mixture, this will release the aroma from the cumin.
