Ingredients:
| Coriander Leaves(chopped) | -1cup |
| Green Chili | -4 or 5 |
| Grated Coconut | -¼cup |
| Tamarind | -small marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tbsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tbsp |
| Asafetida | -¼tsp |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil sauté green chili and coriander leaves for a minute or two and take out the fried things and keep it aside.
- Heat with same oil add seasonings fry without burning and keep it aside.
- Now grind sauté green chili, coriander leaves , grated coconut, tamarind and salt like coarse paste with little water.
- Then add fried seasoning grind it coarsely.
- Serve with any tiffin or white rice.
