Ingredients:
| Veg Chicken Pieces | -20 |
| Paneer pieces | -15 |
| Onion(chopped) | -1(small) |
| Tomato(chopped) | -2(small) |
| Green chili(slit) | -1 |
| Ginger garlic Paste | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Sombu | -1tsp |
| Clove, cinnamon | -2 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Red chili | -1 |
For Grinding:
| Grated coconut | -4tbsp |
| Cashew nuts | -15 pieces |
| Sombu | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Green chili | -2 |
| Red chili | -2 |
Method:
- Grind the above ingredients with water and keep it aside.
- Boil the veg chicken pieces with little salt and drain the water and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion and green chili sauté for a minute then add ginger garlic paste
- Sauté for a minute then add tomato and salt sauté until tomato get mash.
- Then add cooked chicken pieces and ground paste boil it for 10 minutes.
- Now add paneer pieces and coriander leaves cook for 2 to4 minutes.
- Then turn off the stove.

- Veg chicken is called veg soy protects.
