Oats and 10 bean Mix Pakkoda

 

Serving: 40 to 50 pieces| Type: Snack

Ingredients:

10 bean mix -1 cup
Quick oats -½ cup
Onion(diced) -1cup
Green chili -3 or 4
Ginger -1inch
Sombu -½tsp
Cumin -½tsp
Asafotida -¼tsp
Coriander Leaves -few
Curry leaves -few
Salt -to taste
Oil -For frying

 

Method:

 

 

 

  1. Soak the 10 bean mix for 4 to 5 hours and drain the water.
  2. Grind green chili, ginger, sombu, cumin, asafetida, salt with soaked dal.
  3. Grind coarsely with water.
  4. Crush the oats with your hand like coarse powder.
  5. Mix all other ingredients with ground paste and crushed oats.
  6. Take a pan heat with oil.
  7. Take a mix batter make small lemon ball.
  8. Drop it in the hot oil cook until it gets golden brown and crisp.
  9. Serve with ketchup.
