Ingredients:
| Pavakkai | -1 pound |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -¼ tsp |
| Oil | -4 to 5 tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -2tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Wash and cut the pavakkai like round and remove the seeds.
- Marinate with turmeric and salt.
- Keep it for 2 hours and squeeze out the water and keep it.
- Take the pan heat with oil add pavakkai chili powder and salt.
- Sauté until it get soft and roasted on medium flame.
- Serve like side dish for rice.
