Marinated Green Eggplant

 

Serving 4| Type: Veg –Poriyal

Ingredients:

Green Eggplant -10pieces
Chili Powder -2tbsp
Corn Flour -2tbsp
Turmeric -pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Salt -to taste
Oil -3 to 4tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Slit the eggplant all the way up to top.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except oil .
  3. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Take a pan heat with oil add marinated eggplant saute until eggplant get soft.
  5. Serve with rice.
