Boiled Panang Kizhangu (Sprouts of Asian Palmyrah Palm )

 

Serving: 4 | Type: Snack

Ingredients:

Raw Panang Kizhangu -4
Water -to boil

Method:

  1. Take a pressure add  Kizhangu and cover with water.
  2. Boil until 2 whistle comes and keep it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then turn off the stove.
  3. Let it cool down the cooker and open it.
  4. Then take out the Boiled kizhangu remove the outer skin and take out  the middle stem, then  break into small pieces and remove the fiber.
  5. Eat it like a snack.
