Ingredients:
Raw Panang Kizhangu | -4 |
Water | -to boil |
Method:
- Take a pressure add Kizhangu and cover with water.
- Boil until 2 whistle comes and keep it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down the cooker and open it.
- Then take out the Boiled kizhangu remove the outer skin and take out the middle stem, then break into small pieces and remove the fiber.
- Eat it like a snack.
