Ingredients:
Fine Sooji (Rawa) | – 1 cup |
Sugar Powder | -1 cup |
Ghee | -1/2 cup |
Cardamom | -4 |
Broken Cashew nuts | -15-20 pieces |
Raisins | -15-20 pieces |
Method:
- Dry roast rawa on medium flame until raw smell goes.
- Let it cool.
- Then powder it in the mixie.
- Now take a pan heat with 1 tbsp ghee and roast the dry fruits and keep it aside.
- Mix everything except ghee.
- Now take a pan heat the ghee on medium flame.
- It should be hot but color should not change.
- Add the ghee into rawa mixture little by little.
- The mixture should be like wet sand consistency (where if you squeeze the mixture together it, should hold tightly; if you smash it, it should become powder again).
- Mix everything and make a round shape ball.
- Store it in the air tight container.
Note:
- If ghee is not enough you can add some more ghee.
- You can use any kind of Rawa. I used Fine Sooji.
- If you don’t have sugar powder, you can grind granulated sugar in the mixie.
- I used store bought powder sugar.
