Ingredients:
Idly Rice | -1 cup |
Thur Dhal | -¼cup |
Green Chili | -2 |
Ginger | -small piece |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Soak the rice and dhal for 3 hours and grind like smooth paste with all other ingredients.
- You can immediately make a dosa or ferment it for overnight.
- Take a dosa pan heat with medium flame take 1 big spoon of mavu pour it in the tawa make like round dosa.
- Cook both sides and take out from the tawa.
- Serve with any side dish.
