Ingredients:
Aval (Poha) | -1 ½ cups |
Rice Flour | -2 to 4tbsp |
Onion(Chopped) | -½ cup |
Green Chili(chopped) | -2 to4 |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Coriander Leaves | -few |
Ginger (Minced) | -½tsp |
Salt | -To Taste |
Oil | -For Deep Fry |
Method:
- Wash the aval and soak it for 10 minutes.
- Then mix it everything except oil.
- Then make a shape like vada, then deep fry it in the oil on medium flame.
- Let it fry until golden and crisp.
- Serve with ketchup.
