Ingredients:
Tilapia Fish(Boneless) | -2Lbs |
Chili Powder | -1tbsp |
Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tsp |
Turmeric | -pinch |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Cut the fish into Big Pieces.
- Mix all other ingredients with fish for marinate.
- Marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
- On the baking tray spray cook oil on the top, so the fish does not stick to it.
- Now arrange the fish in the baking dish and again spray the cook oil on the top if the fish, so that the fish does not dry out.
- Then Bake the fish at 350˚F for 10 minutes on each side.
- Finish the fish by broiling it for 5 minutes.
- Remove the fish from the oven and let it settle for 5-8 min.
- Now ready to serve.
