Ingredients:
All-purpose Flour(Maida0 | -1 ½ cup |
Sugar | -1cup |
Cooking oil Or Melted Butter | -½ cup |
Banana | -3 |
Large Egg | -2 |
Baking Soda | -1tsp |
Vanilla Essence | -1tbsp |
Walnut(Chopped) | -½ cup(optional) |
Salt | -2pinch |
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (175˚C)
- Take 8” round pan, grease it with butter and dust with flour lightly.
- Meanwhile mash the banana with a fork or with hand and keep it aside.
- Combine flour, soda and salt sieve it well and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl, beat sugar and oil together for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Now add egg one by one and mix it well until it becomes creamy.
- Then add mashed banana, essence and mix well.
- Now add flour mix it very gently.
- Then add chopped nut and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan and place it into the preheated oven.
- Bake it for 40 to 60 minutes.
- Then check with a skewer.
- If stick it to the skewer, then bake it for another 5 more minutes.
- Then take out from the oven, let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Cut it and serve it.
