Boiled Egg Dry Masala

 

Serving:4 | Type: Non Veg-Poriyal

Ingredients:

Hard Boiled Egg -4
Onion(chopped) -1cup
Tomato(chopped) -1cup
Garlic(chopped) -3
Green chili -1(Slit)
Chili Powder -1tsp
Turmeric -pinch
Salt -to taste

 

Seasoning:

Oil -2tbsp
Sombu -1tsp
Curry leaves -few
Red chili -1

 

Method:

 

 

 

  1. Boil the egg and peel the shell and make slit on both ends.
  2. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  3. Add onion, garlic and green chili sauté for 1 or 2 minute, then add tomato, salt and turmeric.
  4. Sauté until tomato get mash then add chili powder mix well cook it until raw smell goes.
  5. Add the and turn off the stove immediately , otherwise the egg will become rupper-y.
  6. Mix the gently until all the eggs are coated with masala.
  7. Serve with any kind of rice.
