Ingredients:
Bok Choy(chopped) | -2cups |
Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
Green or red chili | -2 |
Oil | -1tsp |
Mustard | -½tsp |
Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Wash and cut the bok choy .
- While cutting the bok choy keep stalk separately and leaf separately.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Now add onion, chili and chopped stem sauté for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame until stem get soft.
- Then add chopped leaves sauté for 3 to 4 minutes now add salt.
- Mix well then turn off the stove.
- Serve with white rice.
