Ingredients:
Broad Beans(Cut) | -2cups |
Onion(chopped) | -2tbsp |
Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Grated Coconut | -2tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Green Chili(Crushed) | -2 |
Garlic crushed(optional) | -1 |
Seasoning:
Oil | -1tsp |
Mustard | -1tsp |
Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
Asafotida | -1pinch |
Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Wash and cook the beans in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Then add onion sauté with little salt and turmeric for few seconds.
- Now add crushed garlic and green chili sauté for a second then add cooked beans.
- Sauté for 4 to 6 minutes then add grated coconut mix well then turn off the stove.
- Now it is ready to be served with white rice.
