Ingredients:
Wheat flour | -2 cups |
Broccoli (shredded ) | -1 cup |
Onion (finely chopped ) | -1/2 cup |
Green chili (Chopped) | -1 |
Gram Masala | -1/2tsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -1tbsp |
Turmeric | -pinch |
Method:
- Heat a pan with oil.
- Add onion, broccoli and green chili
- Then add salt, turmeric and let it cook.
- Before removing from heat add the gram masala.
- Let the mixture cool.
- In a bowl place the wheat flour and add a ½ tsp of oil.
- Then add the broccoli mixture and mix all the ingredients with warm water.
- Make it into a soft dough, apply ½tsp oil on top.
- Let it sit for 2 to 4 hours.
- Then make small lemon size balls.
- Now roll it like round chappati.
- Heat the tawa and cook the chappati on both sides.
- Take out from the tawa and cook it on the fire for a second on both sides.
- Now apply the ghee on both sides.
- Serve with any gravy.
