Ingredients:
Carrot | -2 |
Almond | -15 |
Sugar | -to taste |
Milk | -3cups |
Edible Camphor | -pinch |
Saffron | -5threads |
Ghee | -1tsp |
Method:
- Boil the almond in the micro wave for about 2 to 3minutes and peel the skin and keep it aside.
- Grate the carrot and keep it aside.
- Take a small pressure cooker and heat with ghee add grated carrot sauté for 3 minutes then add ½ cup milk.
- Now add peeled almond cook it until 2 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
- Grind coarsely cooked almond and carrot, now mix the remaining milk and boil it on the medium flame.
- Once milk starts boil add sugar mix well.
- Boil it for 5 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Then add saffron and edible camphor mix well.
- Serve it hot or cold.
- If you want to serve it cold keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours and serve it.
