Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken | -500 grams |
Red Chili Powder | -2tsp |
Chili chicken Masala powder | -2tsp |
Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tsp |
Turmeric | -¼tsp |
Yogurt | -2tbsp |
Corn Starch | -1tbsp |
Salt | -to taste |
Oil | -for frying |
Method:
- Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Marinate all ingredients with chicken and keep it for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Deep fry the chicken until crisp.
- Each time add 6 to 8 pieces chicken then fry it.
- Serve like snack or like side dish.
