Sona masoori or Basmathi Rice |

Ellu Powder |
-4 tbsp |
Salt |
-to taste |
Sesame oil |
– 4 to 5 tbsp |
Water |

Method:

- Cook the rice in the rice cooker with water, salt and 1 tbsp oil.

Take out rice from the rice cooker let it cool with remaining oil mix it lightly without mushy.

After get room temperature mix Ellu Powder mix it well and serve.
